Rachal and the Service Team did a fantastic job locating a worn wheel bearing and replacing from their parts stock while I waited. Rachel was diligent in researching and confirming payment on an extended warranty policy which saved me $$. This Dealership gets all of our service work due to quality of work, professionalism and courtesy to customers.

I took my vehicle in to have a noise checked out. I have an extended waranty and when I made the appointment I was up front and told them that if it was a warranty item I'd like it fixed but if it was not then I would get a quote and decide after estimates where I would have it fixed. At no time did they say they were going to charge me $180 it is wasn't warranty and didn't have the work done. When they called and told me it wasn't a warranty item and I said I would have to check out prices that's when they said okay we will get your bill ready for $180.00 plus tax for the diagnostic testing. For all the years that I have gone to that dealership they had never charged me a fee just to look at the vehicle and my family has purchased many vehicles from them. My dad retired from GM but I am really starting to question my loyalty to continuing purchasing GM vehicles if this is how returning and community customers are treated. I am very unhappy at this moment.

Great, easy dealership to get an appointment with and repairs are done in a timely manner, don't have to wait all day to get a service done.

As a recent widow, I was very pleased with the courtesy and the full explanations I was given regarding the vehicle I was interested in leasing.
