All engine options pair with an eight-speed automatic transmission.
Performance
The entry-level version of the Colorado can tow as much as 3,500 pounds. If you want to increase towing capacity with this pickup truck you can opt for the 2.7-liter turbocharged plus engine or the 2.7-liter turbocharged high-output engine. Both of these engines can tow as much as 7,700 pounds when properly equipped.
Interior
