The Chevy Traverse is back in 2023 with a choice of six trims. This blog will help you decide which version of this popular three-row family SUV is the best fit for you. Discover the highlights of each trim with our useful guide.
Basics About the 2023 Chevy Traverse
This luxury 8-seater is the perfect vehicle for motorists with large families. A 310-hp V6 engine powers all trim levels of this vehicle. Front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive are both available. That means you'll enjoy a punchy and powerful performance no matter what trim you choose. Extra interior luxury and safety features become available with higher trim levels.
New/Unique Features
There are two new coat options for 2023; sterling gray and radiant red. There's now a choice of six coats in total.
Trim Levels
LS
The base-level LS trim comes with LED headlights, heated side mirrors, automatic climate control, automated emergency braking, and an easy-to-use infotainment system with Apple CarPlay or Android Auto integration.
LT Cloth
This trim comes with 18-inch silver aluminum wheels, an 8-way power driver seat with power lumbar control, and a range of extra safety features as standard. These include Chevy Safety Assist plus lane change alert, rear cross-traffic alert, and side blind zone alert. Second-row captain's chairs and other safety features are available as add-ons, although many of these come as standard with higher trims.
LT Leather
This trim isn't just the LT Cloth with perforated leather upholstery. It also comes with a power rear liftgate with programmable height adjustment. On top of that, you'll have the option to upgrade to a Bose 10-speaker premium sound system.
RS
This trim comes with even more safety features, including adaptive cruise control, HD surround vision, and a rear camera mirror.
There are external upgrades, too. The Traverse RS has 20-inch dark aluminum wheels, a black grille, black exterior accents, and black roof rails. The Bose sound system comes as standard, too.
Premier
This trim will give you access to heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, and a Chevrolet Infotainment 3 Plus system with an 8-inch touchscreen and integrated sat-nav. A vibrating safety seat alert system also comes as standard.
High Country
You'll have access to premium towing equipment with the High Country trim. It also comes with a two-panel power sunroof and power-folding third-row seats for extra trunk space. This edition of the vehicle gives you 98.2 cubic feet of cargo volume.
